Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CloutPanel sells social media marketing services, such as followers, likes, views and members, delivered by third-party suppliers. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for everything done with your account and API key.

3. Orders

We need a public link or username to deliver an order. We never ask for your social media password, and you should never share it.

Make sure the account or post is public and the link is right before you order. Orders placed on a wrong or private link may not be refundable.

Delivery times are estimates. Most orders start within minutes, but some take hours or days, and large orders may be spread out over time.

4. Platform rules

Social platforms set their own rules and may remove engagement they consider inauthentic. We can't control that.

Refill services replace drops during the refill period shown on the service. Services without refill have no guarantee against drops.

You use our services at your own risk with respect to the platforms' terms.

5. Payments and balance

Top-ups are made through M-Pesa and added to your balance once M-Pesa confirms them.

Your balance is for buying services and can't be withdrawn as cash. Referral commission can be paid out to M-Pesa as described on the referral page.

Prices can change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.

6. Refunds

If an order is canceled or only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically.

Delivered services can't be refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Things you must not do

Use our services for anything illegal, for harassment, hate, impersonation, fraud, scams or misleading people for money.

Use our services for political campaigns or to influence elections.

Promote content involving minors in a sexual way, violence or other harmful material.

Abuse refunds, payments, the referral program, the support assistant or the API, or try to break or overload the site.

8. Suspension

We may pause or close accounts that break these terms. Balances from fraud or abuse may be withheld.

9. Child panels and API

If you run a child panel or use the API, you're responsible for your own customers and must make them follow these terms.

Child panels renew monthly from your balance and pause if the renewal can't be paid.

10. Liability

CloutPanel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions social platforms take against accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll ask you to accept the new version before your next order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
