1. What we collect

Your name and email, and your Google or Facebook ID if you sign in with them.

Your M-Pesa phone number and payment receipts when you top up.

The links you order for, your orders, support tickets and chats with the assistant.

Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site secure.

2. Why we use it

To run your account, process payments and deliver orders.

To answer support requests. The assistant uses an AI provider to read your question and your own orders. When automatic ticket checks are enabled, bounded ticket excerpts are sent to the AI provider to classify the request. Routine replies may be sent automatically and are labeled; requests needing a person stay open for staff.

To prevent fraud and abuse.

To send offers, only if you said yes. You can stop them any time.

3. Who we share it with

The suppliers who deliver your orders get the link you ordered for, never your name, email or phone.

Payment, email, hosting and AI providers process data for us under their own security terms. Some are outside Kenya.

We don't sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Account and order records stay while your account is open and for up to 6 years after for tax and accounting.

Assistant chats are kept for up to 12 months.

5. Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing. Open a ticket or email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, payment credentials are encrypted, and the site uses HTTPS and rate limits. No system is perfect, so tell us right away if you spot a problem.
