Refund Policy

1. Automatic refunds

If the supplier can't start an order, the full amount returns to your balance at once.

If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered share returns to your balance automatically.

If an order is canceled, the full amount returns to your balance.

2. What can't be refunded

Services that were delivered, even if the platform removes them later. Use a refill service if you want protection against drops.

Orders placed on a wrong, private or deleted link.

3. Refills

Services marked refill replace drops during their refill period. Ask for a refill from your orders page, once a day per order.

4. Balance to M-Pesa

Your balance can't be withdrawn as cash. If you topped up by mistake and haven't ordered, open a ticket within 7 days and we'll look at it.
